crinkle cookies!

Do you ever get the craving for cookies, look in your pantry, and see that you only have a box of cake mix? I did last week...so I decided to make crinkle cookies! This recipe is super easy and only requires THREE ingredients!

Ingredients:

• 1 box of the cake mix of your choice ( I love devils food cake)

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Directions:

Mix together the cake mix, eggs, and oil until a dough is formed. Put into covered bowl and chill for one hour. After chilling, take your dough out of the fridge and preheat your oven to 375*. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and roll your dough into about 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Cook in the oven for 8-10 minutes (I recommend cooking for 8 minutes and then letting them rest and finish cooking on top of the stove for perfectly chewy cookies).
